Privacy
What this website collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
This site belongs to DC Custom Wraps, 709 100b Ave Unit 101, Dawson Creek, BC V1G 1Y2. We only collect what we need to quote and book your work, and to understand whether our advertising is reaching people.
Quote requests
The form on our quote page is run by Urable, the booking system we use for the shop. What you enter, such as your name, contact details and vehicle, goes into our customer records there so we can quote and schedule your job. If you call or text us instead, we keep what you tell us for the same reason.
The customer agreement page uses a Google Form. Your answers go to our Google account and are kept with your job records.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Google tag from Google Ads. It sets cookies in your browser so we can see which ads lead people to our site and to our quote page. Google receives information such as the pages you visit, your browser and an approximate location, and handles it under its privacy policy.
You can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site works the same either way.
Other services
The Instagram posts on our home and gallery pages load through Behold, a service that displays our Instagram feed. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs to keep the site secure and running. Your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
Your information
We do not sell your information. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call or text 250-219-1744, or come by the shop.
